Postless is an AI-powered social media brand-building platform that helps professionals and creators plan, draft, and publish content across multiple social media platforms — all from one place. We handle the content work so you can focus on your brand.

To use Postless, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to agree to these Terms (either on your own behalf or on behalf of a business)
• Not be prohibited from using the service under the laws of your country

If you're signing up on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

When you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure. Here's what that means in practice:

• Don't share your password with anyone
• Use a strong, unique password
• Let us know immediately at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without your permission

You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. We won't be liable for any loss caused by unauthorised use of your account if you haven't taken reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Postless uses artificial intelligence to help you create social media content based on your brand goals, tone, and inputs. Our AI content generation is powered by a combination of third-party AI providers — specifically OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini. Google Gemini is additionally used to analyse images you upload to your content inbox.

Here's how it works and what to keep in mind:

• AI drafts are generated based on the information you provide. They are starting points — not finished products.
• You review and approve every post before it goes live. Nothing is published without your sign-off.
• When you upload images or links to your content inbox, that content may be sent to our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini) for processing. By using the inbox feature, you consent to this processing.
• The quality of AI-generated content depends on the quality of information you give us. Better inputs lead to better drafts.
• Postless does not guarantee that any content will perform well on social media, go viral, or achieve specific results.

We are a tool to assist you — not a substitute for your own judgment, creativity, or brand voice.

Anything you publish through Postless — including posts, ideas, and brand information you upload — remains yours. You own your content.

By using Postless, you give us a limited licence to process and use your content solely to provide the service to you (for example, to generate AI drafts or schedule posts). This includes sending your content inputs to our third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) for the sole purpose of generating drafts on your behalf. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI providers to use your content for model training.

You are responsible for making sure that the content you approve and publish:

• Doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark, or intellectual property
• Isn't defamatory, misleading, or illegal
• Complies with the terms and community guidelines of each social media platform you post on

Postless is not responsible for the content you choose to publish.

AI can be impressive, but it isn't perfect. Please be aware of the following:

• AI-generated drafts may sometimes contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or content that doesn't quite fit your voice
• You should always review drafts carefully before approving them
• Postless does not guarantee that AI-generated content is factually accurate, original, or free from errors
• Any claims, statistics, or facts included in AI drafts should be independently verified before publishing

By approving and publishing content, you take full responsibility for what goes out under your name or brand.

Postless operates on a subscription model. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal) and authorise Stripe to process payments on our behalf. Postless does not store your full payment card details.

Here's what you need to know about your subscription:

• You'll be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in a specific promotion
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period
• We reserve the right to change our pricing. If we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your account

If a payment fails, we may suspend your account until the outstanding balance is cleared.

When you sign up, you may receive a free trial. During your trial:

• You have access to the features specified in the trial offer
• No charge is made until the trial ends
• You can cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged

If you don't cancel before the trial period ends, you'll automatically move to a paid subscription.

Postless is built for legitimate brand building. When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Use Postless to create or publish spam, misleading content, or hate speech
• Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Use Postless for any unlawful purpose
• Violate the terms of service of any social media platform you connect to Postless

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without notice or refund.

Postless connects to third-party social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and Bluesky) on your behalf via our publishing integration. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Authorise Postless to post content on your behalf when you approve it
• Acknowledge that each platform has its own terms of service, which you remain responsible for following
• Understand that Postless has no control over changes made by those platforms that may affect our integration

If a social media platform changes its API or policies in a way that affects Postless, we'll do our best to adapt quickly — but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access to all platforms at all times.

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data — including how we work with third-party services such as AWS, Supabase, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Post for Me, Resend, Stripe, and Meta. By using Postless, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

In short: we collect data to run the service, we don't sell your personal data to third parties, and we use industry-standard security practices to keep your information safe.

Everything that makes Postless what it is — our brand, software, design, AI systems, and content — belongs to us. You're welcome to use the platform as intended, but you may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software or platform
• Use the Postless name, logo, or branding without our written permission
• Scrape or extract data from the platform in an automated way

We want to be honest with you: like any software service, things can sometimes go wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Postless is provided "as is" — we make no guarantees that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific need you have
• We are not liable for any loss of business, revenue, data, or reputation arising from your use of Postless
• Our total liability to you in any given month will not exceed the amount you paid us in that month

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We may update these Terms from time to time as Postless grows and evolves. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice in the app at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

If you continue using Postless after changes take effect, you're agreeing to the updated Terms. If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

You can stop using Postless and close your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your payment repeatedly fails
• We're required to do so by law

If we terminate your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund any unused portion of your subscription on a pro-rata basis.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or the applicable jurisdiction where Postless is registered). Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.

If you're based in a different country, local consumer protection laws may give you additional rights that we respect and will honour.
