    Work with multiple brands

Create and switch brands. Each brand has its own profile, inbox, planner, posts, and publishing defaults. Logins and General Inbox are shared.

A brand is a publishing identity: profile, pillars, inbox, weekly plan, posts, and approval settings. It is not the social login itself.

Plan caps: Creator 1 brand, Pro 3, Team 10 (non-archived).

    Create a brand

You need an active trial or subscription. Otherwise Create brand sends you to Settings → Billing.

    1. Open Brands (Brand Library) or the sidebar brand switcher.
    2. Click Create Brand / Create brand.
    3. That starts the same Build My Brand wizard used at onboarding (extra brand). Exit setup returns to Brands.
    4. Finish Does this look right? with Create brand.

If you already subscribe, you go to Planner for the new brand. Incomplete wizard brands show an Incomplete badge and Continue setup.

    Switch brands

    1. Open the switcher at the bottom of the sidebar (Your brands).
    2. Click a brand. A star marks the active one.

Dashboard, Scheduler, Approvals, Planner, Posts, and Brand Inbox all follow the active brand.

On a brand settings page, picking another brand in the switcher opens that brand’s settings (you’ll be asked to save unsaved profile edits first).

    Shared vs per-brand

    Shared (whole account)

    • Settings → Account, Billing, Theme, Notifications
    • Settings → Connections (social logins and GitHub)
    • General Inbox
    • Plan quotas that are account-wide (brands, AI posts/week, inbox items, ideation messages)

    Per brand

    • Brand profile, Brand Context, Workflow (including Require approval and AI content planning)
    • Publishing Defaults
    • Brand Inbox, Planner, Posts, Approvals, Scheduler
    • GitHub repo picker on the brand page
    • AI image/video weekly caps (counted per brand)

    Archive a brand

    1. Open the brand.
    2. Click Archive brand, confirm Archive.

It disappears from the switcher. On Brand Library, enable Show archived to see it (badge Archived). Archiving frees a brand slot on the plan.

The dashboard does not include a restore control. Do not archive a brand you still need.

If every brand is archived, Brand Library shows Create your first brand. The workspace needs at least one live brand to schedule, plan, or publish.

    If this fails

    • Brand limit reached (used/cap). Archive a brand or upgrade your plan.
    • Switcher empty except create: all brands archived or still Incomplete.
    • Wrong posts or inbox: check the switcher; Brand Inbox is not General Inbox.
    • New brand’s first plan didn’t generate: connect platforms (shared), then set that brand’s Publishing Defaults.
